Mr. Prasanth Narayanan is currently the Director and CHRO of Carnival Group. He graduated from Mahatma Gandhi University with a degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at several companies helping them grow substantially. As the Director and CHRO of Carnival Group, he has been instrumental in aligning the cultures of multiple acquired companies into a single 'Carnival Culture' through various HR interventions. In addition to leading human resources globally for the company, he also oversees administration. In his personal time, he enjoys travelling the world and capturing wildlife photography with his camera.

May 1973. Mr. Narayanan graduated in English Literature from
the Mahatma Gandhi University.
Ever since he stepped into the corporate world, there has been no looking
back. Starting his career in the year 1993 with SM Dyechem Ltd., he helped the
company grow substantially for 4 years. He then joined a prominent automotive
company in the year 1997 and headed the entire South Operations of the company
and streamlined a lot of business and financial processes.
He then moved to Action Management Group in the year 2002 where he continued
till 2007 and from there joined AOPL as a Founder Director in 2007.
His career has been a true personification of the Eagle’s flight and he has worked in
all the business verticals of the Carnival Group
Carnival Group has grown exponentially in the last 2 years from a 70 member
organisation to 4800 member conglomerate with the acquisition of 3 major top
companies in India.
Mr. Narayanan has been the instrumental force in aligning and assimilating these
company cultures into one ‘Carnival Culture.’ Mr. Narayanan has initiated various
HR interventions which have resulted in aligning the business objectives together
which has resulted in the profitable equation for the organisation. He has put in
place several continuous performance management systems and processes which
have helped the top management and the middle management to monitor the
business performance of the organisation.
In addition to providing leadership to the human resources function, globally, for
the company, he also heads administration.
An avid reader and traveller who loves to capture wildlife through his camera lens
travels across the globe to fulfil his passion of photography. Some of his pictures are
