This presentation summarizes a study on the wage gap between women and men. It introduces the topic and defines the wage gap. The group members are then identified. The presentation reviews literature showing women often receive less pay, even with graduate degrees, and outlines the background, problems, limitations and problem statement of the study. It describes the methodology, sampling plan, data collection and analysis. Hypotheses are developed and tested through a response summary table. Findings indicate women are less educated and unaware of equal pay rights. Recommendations call for improving women's education, ensuring equal pay, and increasing women's roles and bargaining power. The conclusion is that closing the wage gap would boost productivity and the economy.
