Therefore if there isn't a strong demand for the products in the global market the total
market will be lower in value..
However if PMI is up & Population growth is up in a certain region, it goes as follows:
If PMI is up and there is a strong population moving to a certain geographic region, then
in sum we would expect for example in France or Tennessee to see that the PMI growth
& population demand for assets & products would stimulate the the economy of that
region via virtue of the demand of economic assets like housing, office space, &
material products, therefore if the population is generating economic activity as far as
services & sales are concerned with respect to the flow of wealth. And if QE is
accomplished via this nature of distributing wealth via wealth flow processes to
businesses and banks and consumers.. at a gradient scale, & inturn if these business are
to sell assets to the consumer & in turn financial taxes occur the power wealth flow will
distribute via a reuptake effect at a marginal scale, in turn generating further market
development or economic growth activity, ... thus if this generates market growth we
will in turn together with inflation via the CPI rising from the FED hike & the demand
of new PMI assets from the city & suburban driven economic activity of new & current
QE consumer beneficiaries, & consumer 2 consusmer businesses & major market
enterprises or population growth, we will as an effect see superior market development
and a quantitate reason for further QE & PMI increases...
