This document discusses the author's process for developing three ideas for CD covers based on research of existing covers. The author was inspired by the title design of "The Rasmus" CD and created a similar title for their first design. For their second design, the author took feedback from a questionnaire that respondents liked the torn effect from Hockey's cover and recreated this effect. Both the author's second design and an existing cover featured a close-up of the artist in black and white.
