Plot idea 2
Genre: Social Realism
Beginning
• Phil has 3 younger brothers and 1 younger sister, he’s the
oldest sibling.
• Phil dad left him at birth due to unexpected birth of Phil.
• Phil was a lazy guy who stays in his bed socializing over media
such as twitter and Facebook. He had no job, nothing.
• It was the morning of a raining day when Phil’s mum was
feeding his youngest brother, Joshua when she had a sudden
heart attack. Ambulance came immediately and she was
attended to E&A.
• Phil was looking after the young siblings when later on that
evening Phil received the call from hospital. Phil’s mum died.
Phil dropped the phone and started crying. All his brothers
and sister were confused. Phil kept it quiet from all his siblings.
• Phil was left with the kids, no help from family because they
lived far away from Phil’s house.
Middle
• Phil was offered to take all his brothers and sisters to foster care but he
refused, he decided to look after himself because so he can make his
mum proud because of all his laziness and lack of help he provided when
his mum was alive.
• One day, Phil decided to take the young sibling out for a walk when he
came across the Job Centre. He decided to go in and look for a job but
he was unsuccessful so he got mad and brought the kids back home.
• Phil new kids from his college that new how to get money the illegal way.
So he joined them to try get money.
• Phil put all the kids to sleep and ran out the house to go to his friends
house who owned a room where he grew weed.
• Phil got involved with weed and got sent out to sell weed, so Phil on the
streets for hours trying to sell weed to nearby passengers and car by
passes. He was kind of success by selling some weed but it wasn’t
enough to feed the whole family, so carried on doing that day in and
day out. He went back to the house every day and only left the house to
sell weed when the kids were asleep.
Ending
• Phil left the house to go sell weed like he would normally do but a
customer which he sold weed to the previous day complained to his boss
about the amount of weed he got for the cash he paid.
• That angered the boss because it was one thing the boss didn’t tolerate
at all.
• Phil’s life was on the line because the only consequence for doing that
was his life was in risk.
• Phil left the house thinking it was just a ordinary day of getting money
from selling weed. He kissed all the kids before he left saying he will be
back with food and treats for all the kids.
• Phil left the house.
• As film was walking down the street, a car pulled up beside him. The
blackout window went down. A gun was aimed at him. As Phil was just
about to run a shot was fired and it hit Phil on the chest. Phil was laid on
the floor covered in blood. The car sped off.
• Police identified Phil and went back to house where the kids were. The
kids was put into care without knowing that their mum died and also their
older brother, Phil.
