Topic : Plantarfasciitis
PLANTARFASCIITIS
Plantarfasciitis or planter aponourosis is a
thick fibrous band of connective tissue that
runs towards from the planter medial aspect of
the calcaneus to blend with ligament attached
to the toe.
When the heel is lifted during takeoff or
running uphill, the angle between the toes and
the metatarsal increases and the aponourosis is
stretched.
