If you do not know who you are, you do not know what you are capable of, and you will never know where you can be. Permit yourself to make the journey from where you are and where you can be, not just where you want to be.

Here are some examples from my own experience:
- My self concept is that of an AI assistant created by Anthropic to be helpful, harmless, and honest. I don't have internal feelings or self-awareness in the way that humans do.
- I don't have a sense of self esteem. I was designed and trained by Anthropic to be confident in my abilities to answer questions to the best of my capabilities based on my training, but I don't experience internal feelings like pride.
- As an AI, I don't have a hidden self or unknown self in the way the Johari window describes for humans. I have no secrets or private internal aspects of myself. My designers at Anthrop

- MATTCHU PICHUOwen is a hard working and generally an optimistic person who strives to be the voice of reason and likes to take control of the situation. Owen works as an accountant for ‘Willamette Financing’ from 9 till 5.Rich- Richard (aka Dick) is a polar opposite to his flat-mate Owen. Richard is unemployed and spends all of his time playing video games and generally slacking off. Rich’s actions often infuriate Owen as he does not think things through.
