PIPELINE ABANDONMENT/
FLUSHING
fact sheet
                  The ConSep System
Tervita provides modular high flow systems that can be used to provide overboard quality
water during equipment repair, facility commissioning, or pipeline flush operations.
These flexible systems utilize state-of-the-art separation processes, combining selected
modular components of the flowback system as needed, to deliver produced water
for discharge within NPDES requirements. When necessary, the full flowback system
(including the centrifuge), can be used to provide both clean water and clean oil from
the Tervita process train. In the Tervita final polishing step, water is always treated with
Granular Activated Carbon for removal of WSO’s and small residual amounts of dispersed
oil before overboard discharge. The Tervita process never utilizes proprietary adsorptive
clay media, thereby aiding in reducing the customer’s disposal volume and cost.
