This document outlines the agenda and procedures for the First Regional Conference on the African Forest Landscape Restoration Initiative (AFR100) held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The conference brought together farmers, extension workers, researchers, private sector representatives, NGOs, government ministries, academics, and donors to discuss strategies for restoring forests at scale in African countries. Participants shared country presentations on challenges and support needs. Working groups analyzed challenges and planned next steps to advance forest landscape restoration over the next 6-12 months at national and regional levels through effective coordination, partnerships and action.
