15+1 Сritical Mistakes in Lead Generation You Better AvoidLyuba Lazarenko
The Lead Generation is not an easy thing to do. It is long and tedious process that requires efforts and time. And you never can do it perfectly. Usually the results come after failures and lessons learned. Even the most influential growth strategies and marketing professionals have dealt with big mistakes in lead generation.
In this presentation I collected those mistakes that I believe can seriously affect the efforts of lead generation, and not avoiding them can be itself a huge mistake.

“Bismillâh” her hayrın başıdır. Biz dahi başta ona başlarız. Bil ey nefsim! Şu mübârek kelime İslâm nişanı olduğu gibi, bütün mevcûdâtın lisân-ı hâliyle vird-i zebânıdır.

Sözler, Birinci Söz
1. Who are the people in the photograph?
1) A family or group of people in the 1800’s.
2) Hitler trying to befriend a small German child.
3) Police and African americans.
4) A man hung himself from the statue of liberty.
5) Foreigners gazing at America.
6) Doctors examining males.
What is the situation of the people in the photograph? Provide evidence from the photo
that tells you this.
1) It is difficult to tell the situation, but I can say they seem like a family or a group of friends.
They’re all working around the same household, and the woman is working at the counter. She
looks like she is preparing food.
2) Well, I am able to tell it is Hitler from the mustache, the swastika on his arm, and his uniform.
The child is wearing typical German overalls too.
3) It looks like the photo was taken during the civil rights movement. Because the police have
their dogs out, there seems to be a protest from all the African americans in a large group, and
the clothing looks like it is from the 1950s.
4) Well, it leads me to believe that the freedom in America was causing death.
5) They look like people who just arrived in America from their country. Theyre dressing
differently than people of America in that time.
6) It looks like the doctors are examining people for their approval to go to war.
What message do you think the photographer was trying to convey?
1) I do not believe there was a message the photographer was trying to covey.
2) The way Hitler would gather and treat his followers kindly.
3) The harsh and unfair treatment of African Americans during this time.
4) That people would rather die in a free country than live in a controlled one.
5) The want and urge to come to a better country.
Why is this photograph important to history?
1) Because there is no hidden meaning, I do not see how this photograph is important at all.
2) World War two was a very important part of history due to the massive amounts of people that
died. Anything depicting the war is important to history.
3) The civil rights movement was a very large part of history. It gave the African Americans the
rights and freedoms they have today.
4) It brings up a huge point about how people were willing to die for their country, or die trying to
come here.
2. What questions does this photograph raise?
1) I cannot even tell what they are doing in the picture, therefore I would ask “what are they
doing?”
2) Why was Hitler only kind and caring to those of his own race?
3) What were the African Americans doing that was so bad the cops had to bring out the k9 unit?
4) Why was the man hanging? What was the point of death?
Write your own caption for the photograph:
1) Hey guys lets make dinner!
2) Hello, Im Adolf. Ill murder millions of people, but you’re adorable.
3) Oh! What a cute dog!
4) Death or freedom.
What could you do to find more information about this photograph?
1) I could google 1800’s cooking picture.
2) Do research on Hitler’s aspects on different people.
3) By researching the civil rights movement from the 1950s.
4) With this particular picture, I honestly have no idea.
Based on what you have observed list 3 things you might infer from the photograph
1. Woman cooking, men and women in the same household, the old decore and products
found.
2. Hitler, a young child, and smelling parents.
3. There was some form of protest, the police didn’t like it, and neither did the African
Americans.
4. Why did the man hang himself? Why did he hang himself on the statue of liberty?
