aziendali a medio/ lungo termine (tre/cinque anni).
2. PROGRAMMAZIONE AZIENDALE
E’ il processo di competenza del management che
attraverso programmi operativi definisce gli obiettivi
nel breve periodo, di norma della durata di un anno.
4. Il Business plan
E’ noto anche col nome di piano economico,
studio di fattibilità o piano di impresa. E’ un
documento che traduce in termini descrittivi e
monetari un' idea imprenditoriale.
