PHG in 2010 after working five years
for Ferrari North America and Ferrari
Asia Pacific as Marketing Manager.
His international background
enabled him to develop new areas
of expertise in the luxury, sport and
automotive industries.
He gained strong managerial skills
supervising 12 markets in Asia and
enhanced his knowledge working
closely with his father. Since 2014,
Carl has managed PHG International
development in both Sponsorship
and Project Design aspects.

Simon has established a career in
planning, design, project and event
management in the major events
industry, involving some of the
world’s most high profile sporting
occasions including F1™, Olympic
Games and Rugby World Cup.
Simon spent nine years with Formula
One Management and has since
worked with A1GP, London 2012
Olympics and FIA Formula E.
Motorsport projects have included
circuit design, master planning and
project management in France,
Mexico, South Africa, Malaysia,
United States and the UK.

Jay Cross has spent over 20 years in

and implementation of Yas Marina
Circuit, working closely with

His international background enabled him to develop new areas of expertise in the luxury, sport and automotive industries. He gained strong managerial skills supervising 12 markets in Asia and enhanced his knowledge working closely with his father. Since 2014, Carl has managed PHG International development in both Sponsorship and Project Design aspects. SIMON GIBBONS - Project Designer Simon has established a career in planning, design, project and event management in the major events industry, involving some of the world’s most high profile sporting occasions including F1™, Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup. Simon spent nine years with Formula One Management and has since worked with A1GP, London 2012 Olympics and FIA Formula E. Motorsport projects have included circuit design, master planning and project management in France, Mexico, South Africa, Malaysia, United States and the UK. JAY CROSS - Art Director Jay Cross has spent over 20 years in the creative industry with a portfolio of high profile projects in sports, luxury brands and automobile markets. His international background enabled him to develop new areas of expertise in the luxury, sport and automotive industries. He gained strong managerial skills supervising 12 markets in Asia and enhanced his knowledge working closely with his father. Since 2014, Carl has managed PHG International development in both Sponsorship and Project Design aspects. SIMON GIBBONS - Project Designer Simon has established a career in planning, design, project and event management in the major events industry, involving some of the world’s most high profile sporting occasions including F1™, Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup. Simon spent nine years with Formula One Management and has since worked with A1GP, London 2012 Olympics and FIA Formula E. Motorsport projects have included circuit design, master planning and project management in France, Mexico, South Africa, Malaysia, United States and the UK. JAY CROSS - Art Director Jay Cross has spent over 20 years in the creative industry with a portfolio of high profile projects in sports, luxury brands and automobile markets. During five years in the UAE he played a key role in the branding and implementation of Yas Marina Circuit, working closely with Philippe Gurdjian, also working on the FIFA Club World Cup, F1™ Fanzone and Mubadala World Tennis Championships.
