Phenomenal Fashion Institute is a design proposal for an educational building for people to learn the required skills to become fashion designers. The main objective for me was to achieve a place where people can meet, learn, create and preform in. The project main idea was the (scaling) of the fashion tools and transform most of it into useful non-structural elements and furniture.

THE ARCHITECTURAL SECTION WE EVOLVED FOR THE HOUSING IN THE CABINETRY
TOWNSHIP AT KOTA CREATES A PYRAMIDAL INTERIOR SPACE CLOSING OFF THE SKY. THUS MINIMIZING HEAT INPUT.
SINCE IT IS MAINLY TO BE USED DURING THE HOT SUMMER AFTERNOON. WE CALLED
IT THE SUMMER SECTION. CONVERSELY, A REVERSE PYRAMID, OPEN UP TO THE SKY WAS
THE WINTER SECTION, USABLE IN THE COLD SEASON. AND ON SUMMER EVENING.
THE SITE FOR THE PAREKH HOUSE IN AHMADABAD FACE NORTH- WHICH MEANS THERE WOULD
BE CONSIDERABLE HEAT INTAKE FROM THE EAST AND WEST FACED WHICH LIE ALONG THE LONGER
AXIS. IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH THIS, WE DEVELOPED A PLAN WHICH CONSIST OF 3 BAYS – SO
THAT THE SUMMER SECTION IN THE CENTER IS PROTECTED BY THE WINTER SECTION ON ONE
SIDE AND THE SERVICE BAY (FOR CIRCULATION, KITCHEN AND TOILET) ON THE OTHER.
THE HOUSE IS CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK BEARING-WALLS SUPPORTING FORM. FINISHED
CONCRETE SLAB, WITH THE ELEVATIONS SA DIAGRAMMATIC EXPRESSIONS OF THE CLIMATIC
CONCEPTS WHICH GENERATED THIS DESIGN.
ROOTS
ROOTS is my graduation project. The project went into two main phases which took a year of work. Phase one was basically about studying and provide all the theoretical info required for the project. As for phase two, was to design the project. ROOTS is a correctional facility that aims to help people to become better and give them a second chance to rejoin the society. The project was designed upon a lot of theoretical studies where each of the following has an important role in the rehab progress of users: the building form, the facilities found within the building and the environment of the interior space. The project was selected as one of the best projects in the college of engineering/batch of 2014.
The phenomenal art exhibition
The scope of this project was to design an art exhibition in Bahrain Bay area/Kingdom of Bahrain. The exhibition was divided into two main areas as it was asked, one for an international artist and the other area for a local artist. The
phenomenal art exhibition main vision was to let all people get to know the Arabic language and the calligraphy art of it. I was honored to take ELSEED (@elseed) as my international artists and Firyal Aladhamy (@firyalaladhamy) as a local artist and display their work.

British Airways is one of the top and oldest airline companies. The objective of this design was to create an office building for one of the airline companies according to their mission and vision along with studying their main headquarter.
The concept was to create an eco-friendly working environment for the users and visitors.
Country Steak Restaurant
Country Steak is a design proposal for a restaurant. I was inspired to accomplish such a great design with two main factors:
1. The way to prepare steak in Argentina.
2. The ideas I have found during the programming phase.
P.S. the work might be not clear or not straight and that is because the work was manually done and the jury council took it as the best example so i could not scan it but only have photos. Also, it was all inspired and captured from different real restaurants from different architectural magazines and websites.
