Provided private research and consultation on selected security clearance required government
wireless information technology transfer applications, emerging technology, tactical

Founded Information Access Links, Ltd. (InfoLink) to pursue DoD business as a specialty
government contractor providing streamlined acquisition management and program
management. Was awarded prime contract at Tinker Air Force Base by the US Air Force to
implement an enhanced network services delivery platform. Tinker model was extended to San
Antonio, Norfolk, San Diego and then adopted as the standard operating platform across DoD.

networks, database management, critical off-site data back-up, enterprise infrastructure

As Senior Market Manager, managed Air Force and DoD accounts with revenue streams of $500
million annually. Responsibilities included strategic long and short term market development

• Implemented a 5ESS switching system at Kirtland AFB for Sandia National labs that included

• Developed an innovative lease-to-buy financing program for the US Air Force using AT&T
Capital Corp. to buy on-site inventories of equipment. Total revenue was $12 million
annually per site.
• Developed and implemented a command and control system to replace antiquated
equipment for the AFMC.
• Developed and implemented the AWACS Global Command Post communications system
• Direct marketing manger for SAC, Command and Control global upgrade
• Worked with Pacific Bell Telephone to implement a 5ESS at McClellan AFB. The project was
valued at $200.5 million.
• Sold the first add-on DCTN video teleconference system (upscoped the contract) to the
AFLC. The initial sale was valued at $100 million with expansions to exceeding $500 million

• Developed distance learning and telemedicine strategy that upscoped the DCTN contract
with CDV video service.
• Developed the DCTN bulk data network sale to AFLC. This established the use of the DCTN
