• A pilot project in a severely dilapidated, contained portion of the walled city of Jaipur
where JVF had the participation of local inhabitants.
• In a spirit of consultation, a dialogue with the residents of Chowkri Modikhana was
initiated in March 2005 putting forward the idea of creating an exemplary project
demonstrating the possibility and impact of urban revitalisation on the quality of life of local
residents.
