desktop/workstations.
First experience of teaching , training other staff members.
Helpdesk outsourced to India
KPMG employee expenses system to technicians from India.
Enjoyed the interaction,training environment, training at this time has strong ties

Initially graduated back in 2000 with National Dip in Computing Worked in various roles such as • Software Test Engineer • Technical Support Analyst Main duties in HP – providing tech support on a wide range of I.T issues. During this time... Compaq ACT (Accredited Compaq Technician) exams in portables and desktop/workstations. First experience of teaching , training other staff members. Helpdesk outsourced to India KPMG employee expenses system to technicians from India. Enjoyed the interaction,training environment, training at this time has strong ties to behaviorist learning theories Learning since Graduation
  • 3. Learning since graduation continued 2003/2004 Left HP in Sept 2003,lack of opportunities, no clear career path /career progression. Needed new challenge, felt stagnant. Helpdesks being outsourced. Significant milestone in Personnel Development as returned to college full time to complete Degree Graduated with First Class Honours Degree. Published article with Marketing Institute of Ireland- Why 10% of dot coms failed a critical assessment of the early stages of e-commerce. Planning, Implementing and Maintaining an Active Directory Infrastructure Windows Server 2003/2008 FAS Safe Pass First Aid Course Oct 2009 - October 2009, I joined the ADST team - Active Directory Services Team, who’s main role is to manage the overall structure and maintenance of the Active Directory environment across all sites within DIT Still a member of this projecty team – enjoy the group dynamics. Very much a collaborative effort

Hope to demonstrate during the course of this interview how tablet computing /mobile apps are being adopted in my everyday work.
