Comments / Proposals
Potential action to assist with training, extend
experience or address problems as follow-up
to Performance Review
Adina has become a valuable member of our team in the short time that she has been with us,
demonstrating an excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn. We will aim to expand her repertoire of
laboratory skills over the coming months, particularly in histology and molecular biological techniques.
In terms of her employability and professional behaviours as recorded on this form, Adina already
scores very highly so has very little room for improvement! If future scores are no higher than in this
first review, this should in no way be interpreted as a lack of progress.
