Forgive me, i am the worst kind of horror movie enthusiast I see a trailer on

The Consequences of Bringing the Past with You Immediately into Tim O Brien s
short story The Things They Carried the reader is introduced to First Lieutenant
Jimmy Cross and the letters he carried from his past back home. Throughout the
story, readers are also introduced to other items and supplies which were largely
determined by necessity (O Brien 1) as well as items deemed a luxury that each
individual soldier carried with him for one reason or another. Pictures,
memorabilia, and personal items all acted as a gateway into a portal which would
bring them back home to the ones they loved if only for five minutes at a time.
Although the pictures, memorabilia and personal items of Cross and his soldiers
alike, helped them recall back to an era much more peaceful, the consequences of
bringing the past with you can carry exceedingly negative side effects.
Within the short story, the audience learns that Jimmy Cross carries letters and
pictures from his crush from back home, Martha. Multiple times within the story
Jimmy Cross consults these pictures and letters to distract himself from the war
providing a bit of comfort in his harsh environment. With progression through the

It is unusual that a score music of a ballet can stand on its own of being a
magnificent masterpiece. That is the case of the so popular orchestral concert The
Rite of Spring written by Russian composer Igor Stravinsky in 1913. Even though

My general reaction to the composition is that without seen the ballet you can pretty
much have an idea of what is this piece about. It doesn t provoked you a feeling of
tranquility as you would expect from the music of that time period, rather it makes
you feel anxious and uncomfortable throughout the all piece, and especially the
combination of high pitch and bass instruments.

day to fully cover this national debt. Student loans are intended for students to go to
college but they come with a rising social and economic cost. As the expectancy of
high return and tuition are increasing, more students are ending up with a mountain
of debt and without a degree. It is risking our countries future; we will face another
recession if the trend of student loans continues to grow exponentially. We will have
