Peaches are good source of vitamin A
and vitamin C, which are important
factors in skin health, because these
vitamins can help regenerate skin
tissue. Also can reduce wrinkles,
improve overall skin texture and help
to fight skin damage caused by the sun
and pollution. Vitamin C is important
for the formation of collagen, the
support system of your skin. Just one
large peach a day can keep your skin
