PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is an important subject that teaches children about healthy living and equipping them with skills to make positive health choices. It encourages physical activity and healthy eating to maintain health, relieves stress, and builds confidence and social skills through teamwork and communication. The subject teaches fundamental movement skills like throwing, catching, running and jumping.
