Adolescence has a general trend for inactivity. This is despite physical activity being
an essential ingredient in both the physical and mental health of adolescence, at a
time where both of these factors are becoming unpredictable.

The school is a great influencing factor in a child’s life. Students are much
more likely to adopt strategies when that have first been practised and
proven in a controlled and comfortable environment.
