 By bundlinganFMC Tree order(SEA ProductionVXTw/control equipment,ProductionBPTw/control equip,&SEA WaterHXT w/control
equipment) resultedina$4.2M savings(approx.$71,600 per monthsynergydiscount) in2009.
 During2011 a savingsof $316K was generatedbybiddingoutprojectstoobtainthe bestrates& schedules. Tofurtherdetail abidevent
for an ROV UnderwaterInspectionof anexistingplatformtoverifydamage &identifyanynewdamage. Fourbidderswere solicitedfor
the bidevent. The endresultwasa $132K savings. A separate bideventwasheldtomanufacture & replace the DeEthanizerReflux
Boot fora StretfordAbsorber&SulfinolStripper. Six bidderswere solicitedforthe bideventwhichresultedina$184K savings.
 During2012 a Reverse Auctioneventwasheldforthe abandonmentof aplatform& gas plant. Three bidderswere solicitedforthis
eventwhichresulted inacost savingsof $1.045M.
 During2015 a Reverse Auctioneventwasheldforthe abandonmentof aplatform. Five biddersweresolicitedforthiseventwhich
resultedinacost savingsof $900K forNon-ReefingOptionand$600K for Reefingoption.
IncreasingEfficiency:
 Initiallythe projectmanagers/engineerswouldbypassprocurement&tryto negotiate pricingorterms& conditions. Byintegrating
myself, uponassignmenttothe projectsgroup,efficiencyhasincreased. The amountof reworkor catch-up/afterthe factworkhas
significantlydiminished. The projectmanagers&projectengineersare more aptto ask questions&seekguidance frommyself than
before. The projectsgrouphaslearnedthatI have a vast knowledge of materials&Iam familiarwiththe internal processes.
