• shortness of breath , and
• swelling ( edema ).
causes of congestive heart failure
it is caused by Conditions that weak en the heart
such as;
• heart attack
• coronary heart disease
• congenital heart disease
• Faculty heart valves
• high blood pressure
• inflammation or damage to the heart muscle
Four stages of congestive heart
failure
• stage 1 or pre CHF People with the CHF may have DISORDERS
that affect the heart
• stage 2 People with stage 2 CHF may have minnor symptoms
but are still healthy, often have existing complications but lack
definative symptoms of heart failure
• stage 3 People with stage 3 CHF may experience symptoms
regurary and may not be able to do there regular TASK
especialy if they have other health conditions
• stage 4 or late stage A person with stage 4 CHF may have
sevire or debilitating symptoms throughout the day
