ARED Partner Profile
1. The partner needs to have a strong background in technology and
technical background to support the implementation of the solution on
the ground.
2. The partner needs to be operational for at least 3 years and the company
need to have a strong financial standing.
3. The partner needs to have a strong local network with telecom
companies, ISPs, understand regulation around digital infrastructure.
4. The partner needs to have a strong understanding of the local market,
that will help scale the solution on the ground

Phase 1: Demo
- Feasibility study of the market is necessary to know
total addressable market, revenue per customer
potential, number of mini-servers the market can
absorb, fees to charge on different services etc…
- Demo the technology to the potential partner
- Answer any questions related to the technology
Phase 2: Pilot
- Decide How many routers will be deployed on the ground for proof of concept
(50-100)?
- Create a product roadmap with the partner.
- Give the client access to and training on the dashboard so that they can test and
understand how the system works.
- Negotiate the monthly service fee that the client will pay to use the software.
- Create a service agreement for software usage/ Create a storage and computing
usage agreement for a third-party developer.
- Begin the marketing strategy discussion.
- Ensure that all digital infrastructure regulations are followed.
Phase 3: Expansion plan
- Create a final Lease Agreement (extension of the pilot agreement)
- Create a schedule and a target number of min-servers to be implemented
on a quarterly basis.
- Extend our collaboration with third-party developers who will use our
infrastructure.
- Create new alliances with ISPs, telecommunications companies, and so
on.
- Create a budget for the various areas that will be required to meet our
goal.
