COMPANY PROFILE India's largest manufacturer of biscuits and confectionery, for almost 80 years. With a reach spanning even the remotest villages of India .  With a 40% share of the total biscuit market and a 15% share of the total confectionary market in India . Multi-million dollar company.
HISTORY OF PARLE - G Established in 1929 in British dominated India as a small company. Firstly set up in Mumbai, to manufacture sweets and toffees.  Bahadurgarh in Haryana and Neemrana in Rajasthan, which are the largest biscuit and confectionery plants in the country. 7 manufacturing units and 51 manufacturing units on contract.
PRODUCT PROFILE
AWARDS Parle products have been shining with the golds and silvers consistently at the Monde Selection ever since they were first entered in 1971. Monde Selection is an international institute for assessing the quality of foods and is currently the oldest and most representative organization in the field of selecting quality foods worldwide.
ABOUT VISIT (RUDRAPUR PLANT) Plant set up 4 year back. Situated at about 13 acres field. 910 members in Parle family. 2-3% employee turnover ratio. Two types of Parle Products manufactured there, Parle – G & Parle – G Orange Cream. Only Production & Distribution is going on.
Cont… No inventory maintenance. Production depends on the corporate target. Interaction with HR executive.
