Paris Simone White; Executive Assistant
Paris Simone White is an Executive Assistant who is
responsible for supporting the Chief Accounting Officer of
Molina Healthcare, Inc., a fortune 201 company.
Joining Molina in 2011 as an IT Financial Coordinator, she
maintained vendor relationships simultaneous to
collaborative efforts between corporate accounting and
information technology to resolve and understand JDE
processes.
In 2012 she was promoted to Executive Assistant in the
corporate finance department supporting a multitude of divisions under her Chief Accounting
Officer. She also serves as a licensed company notary. Major accomplishments in her career
tenure include mentorship to interns on a seasonal basis for professional development and
growth. She is esteemed in reducing A/P (accounts payable) aging from an average of 35 days
to 7 days in less than 3 months. She also takes great pride in working with the state controller’s
office and successfully retrieving funds owed to Molina Healthcare entities. She supported
Molina’s mission in giving back to the community and maintained a strong presence at the
Long Beach Rescue Mission. Paris worked with the new life director of the Long Beach
Rescue Mission and offered work out sessions and financial literacy classes to women under
the program name “Rich Living.” In addition, she served on the Long Beach Rescue Mission
2014 Gala committee.
Prior to her current role, she served as an advocate in her community for social security &
disability benefits and has a dynamic sense of healthcare awareness. Spanning more than 12
years’ experience in operational business management, she is currently perusing her bachelor’s
degree in business.
