appearance was at the Paris Worlds Fair in 1889.

The Arch is an architectural masterpiece
and an amazing symbol of France. It’s
designer was Napoleon himself as a glory of
France’s victory against Austria. Today the

Notre Dame is a famous cathedral
that was completed in the year
of1253 and was one of the early
gothic churches. Boy! It really is
as old as dirt!
The Louvre Art Museum
The Louvre was once a palace of the Renaissance Era , but once the great Palace of
Versailles was completed, the Louvre was given to the artists and became a museum.
The glass pyramid was completed in 1984.
The Musee D’Orsee
This museum was once an old train station transformed into
an art museum. It was also the inspiration for the movie HUGO.
This building is host to mostly impressionist paintings.
