Pancake Batter

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Resting time:     1 hour

Ingredients:
          125 g of flour
          3 eggs
          35 cl milk
          1pinch of salt
          1 tablespoon oil

In a bowl, pour the flour and break 3 eggs in the middle.
Incorporate them into the flour, stirring with a wooden
spoon.
Pour the milk and oil, by stirring slowly to avoid lumps.
If you make sweet crepes, add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
 Add a pinch of salt.
Let the dough rest 1 hour before using.
If you want thinner pancakes, put half water, half milk.
