1. There is a recipe for kosunak with almonds
The products you need are:
1kg flour
4-5 eggs
1,5 cups of milk
250g sugar
A half of spoon salt
Grated lemon peel
Raisins
Almonds
A small piece of yeast
One egg for smearing the bread
The products like milk and eggs mustn’t be from the fridge.
At first you have to mix the yeast with one spoon of flour, 2-3 spoons of
milk, a spoon of sugar and the salt. After that you have to mix the other
products in interval of 5 minutes. You have to put the milk and the flour
gradually if you want it to get tasty.
You put the dough in a cake pan and cover it with one egg and the almonds.
You have to bake it in normally temperature.
