申請表 是組織或公司用來收集應徵者資訊並進行評估的方式。 從 申請表 中, 可以 得知應徵者是否有能力勝 任 職務。 基本資料 的填寫 例如 : 教育程度 之前的工作經驗。 長短不拘, 但最主要的是要讓人知道你能夠勝任所應徵的職務。 因此 申請表 可以描敘出應徵者的能力是否適合應徵的職務,並可藉此評估應徵者的優,劣勢。 不過, 申請表 也可能導致不公平的篩選 ( 例如, 上位者不看能力,而看性別或種族或欺壓 少數 團體 ) 。
