The    hospitality industry is not only about
providing foods or accommodation.
However     every branch of hospitality industry
works for providing qualifying service to the
guests.
The    hospitality industry comprises large area
among them hotel management is the broader
part.
   Hotel management is operated by
    the hotel manager who executes all
    those service that are needed to
    perfectly operate a hotel.


   There      are   several     level   of
    management to enrich administrative
    level which are executed by the hotel
    manager.
   Hotel managers are basically responsible for bringing
    success.
   The hotel managers run their establishments by
    coordinating different sectors like housekeeping,
    reservations, maintenance, front desk and marketing.
   Hotel managers are also termed as hotelier, tourist
    hotel manager, general manager, convention facility
    manager.
   Effective and good
    administration.
   Leadership quality.
   Ability to influence other
    person.
   Strong initiative ability.
   decision making ability etc.
 There    are three level of management.
 Such as:
 Top   hotel management
 Middle   level hotel management
 Functional   hotel management
   Top   hotel   management     is   headed      by   top
    management or the hotel owners or the hotel
    manager.
   Top level manager give the corporate decisions
    regarding the conduct and operations of the hotel
    before forwarding it to the lower managers.
   They also allocate resources that are needed by
    the hotel to conduct its normal operations.
 Middle   level management receive directions
 from the top management and interpret the
 corporate missions and break them into
 objectives and strategies that the mission could
 be easily implemented.
 They   act as a link between ground or functional
 level management and the top management of
 the hotel.
   The managers who work on the
    ground     or     functional      level
    management and monitor the every
    working progress in the hotel are
    termed as functional managers.
   They are responsible for ensuring
    smooth   operation   with   the   right
    skilled staff and the right number of
    staff.
