Mobius Executive Leadership is a premier coaching, training and leadership

wHAT wE OffER
Diagnostic and Assessment Services: Mobius has instruments for measuring
individual and team performance and providing state-of-the-art feedback. We
give input to top teams on group dynamics, team functioning, and individual
performance. Our practitioners are certified to implement and review results
of many assessment tools including: the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, DISC
Inventory, the Firo-B, the Bar-On EQi, the Emotional Competency Instrument
(ECI), the Hogan Instrument, the Leadership Practice Inventory, Center for
Creative Leadership’s 360° instrument, Bob Kegan’s Four Column Commitment
Tool, Leadership Accelerator,™ and Richard Barrett’s Cultural Transformation
Tools and Assessments.

Executive Coaching Services: Our coaching model focuses on increasing self-
awareness, improving business impact and supporting holistic growth. Our
approach is action learning based, using real time business applications to drive
insights and shift behavior.

Capability Training: We offer one and two day on site training programs in a range
of management competencies. Our foundational courses are based on the Program
on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School: Negotiation Essentials, Masterful
Conversations and Resolving Conflict. We also offer the following: Adaptive
Leadership, Team Effectiveness, Presentation Skills, Systems Thinking, Influence
without Authority, Change Management, Coaching Skills, Coaching for Front Line
Managers, Interview Skills, and Personal Effectiveness/Time Management.

Leadership Development/Personal Mastery Programs: We offer two, three and five day
on site training programs in Personal Mastery and High Performance. We also have
pioneered extended field and forum learning journeys with a focus on interpersonal
skills, leading transformation and organizational renewal. These programs can be
targeted for top teams, high potentials, change catalysts and women leaders.

Intervention Services: We provide consultation and support for intact teams in
two different situations: functional teams who aspire to reach their potential for
high performance; and teams in breakdown who seek to restore fundamental
performance. Services include diagnostic work and review of a situation analysis;
identification of fault lines in a team, or opportunities for growth; targeted
intervention with different constellations within the team; conflict mediation;
one-on-one coaching; and crisis transformation. A combination of small group
work, individual sessions, and a team off-site are typically included to foster
effective working relationships, strong leadership and necessary shifts in the
culture of the team.

Sustainability Transformations: Mobius partners with The AtKisson Group, a
global leader and innovator in the field of sustainability consulting and training,
to offer support for companies undertaking a sustainability transformation. We
offer experiential training programs, planning and assessment processes and a
comprehensive tool kit designed to support sustainability initiatives of all kinds.
