The document discusses weeklyOSM, a content management system called OSMBC that is used to publish a weekly newsletter for the OpenStreetMap community. OSMBC helps manage the process of collecting topics from various OSM media sources, writing articles, translating them into multiple languages, and releasing the translated issues. It allows different editors from various cultural backgrounds to collaborate on the newsletter. The document encourages trying out the OSMBC system in guest mode, which only requires an OSM account, and provides the link to the OSMBC site.

“Just Blogging” is easy today for everybody... - even people who shouldn’t be doing it can do it :)
What is still tough:
Collecting & Evaluating & Writing & Summarising & Translating & Synchronising:
● multiple topics (from the very heterogene OSM sphere)
● from multiple media (mailing lists, forum, blogs, professional journals, twitter etc ...)
● with several contributors / editors
● with different cultural background
● translating all articles into multiple languages
● and releasing them as fast as possible
○ as soon as the translations are ready
○ and spreading the word (mailing lists, forums, blogs, twitter)
And keeping track of all the above… except you use OSMBC :)
