Authorities.

• Maintaining that a daily physical check for WFP Vehicles and daily report are in place.
• Monitoring the vehicles speeding through the Novacom System and maintain a monthly
report for the speed limit exceeding, sending memos for exceeding speed drivers.
• Monitoring the KM usage of the WFP vehicles and arrange for the vehicle’s service with
the Service Center in coordination with the vehicle’s driver and the unit supervisor.
• Liaise with Finance team and/or Procurement, request for petty cash, Operational
Advance or raise a PO.
• Send Vehicles for services and follow up for Service Reports/Invoices and maintain a
records for both.
• Follow up and send reminders for the yearly insurance renewal of the vehicles
