The customer is a large hospital that is redesigning its desktop architecture and implementing new communication tools. It needs to ensure these major changes can be delivered successfully. The hospital is interested in a network management tool that provides visibility into current network traffic and allows for quality of service management. The tool should have minimal setup requirements and enable features like charging for network usage.

1. Situation:
The customer is a retailer, having several shops in the BeNeLux. Each of these shops is equipped with
their own server. These servers are FTP servers. The server will collect all outgoing sales from the Point of
Sales, and will host the standard pricelist in this server for the Point of sales.
The customer is having one central ERP system, called Microsoft Dynamics Axapta. The customer has
around 100 different locations, but one central environment.
The customer is interested in a central solution for job scheduling.

is, because our peer to peer architecture is a key differentiator here.

2. Situation:
The customer is a large bank in the BeNeLux. The bank is running currently an enterprise job scheduler
from the competition but is not happy about the support.
The bank has 1000 different servers in open systems (i.e. Microsoft Windows Servers, Unix and Linux),
and only 50 of those machines are equipped with the current Enterprise Job Scheduler.

Scripting and Windows PowerShell. They have an automated operation, but they are forced in this
competitive market to reduce costs.

Server 2000, and a lot of different flavors of Unix. They are moving towards Windows server 2012,

The customer is IT department of a large hospital. They are currently redesigning their desktop
architecture. They are thinking about a strategy using some sort of Virtual Desktop infrastructure. This
could be Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Services or VMWare View. Next to this major change they will
implement also Lync to use on line communication. Both these changes might have a huge impact on the
perception of IT and the satisfaction of the end user. So IT needs to be sure they can deliver this.
