The document discusses the origins and biblical basis of the concept of original sin. It examines several passages from Romans and Psalms that are commonly cited as supporting the idea that humans inherit sin from Adam. However, it argues that some of these passages may have been misinterpreted and taken out of context. The document ultimately questions the validity of original sin and ideas like the inheritance of sin or guilt from the actions of others.
Prayer comes out of relationship with God. Jesus gave us a template to show us how to pray to our heavenly Father. The vital ingredient for any relationship is time. Unless we invest time in a relationship it does not grow but fades. The time we spend with the Father is never wasted.
Genuine Christian Faith, is to believe in everything God has said and done in His written Word: the Bible. It is to believe Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary to save whomever would like to be saved. It is to trust in God all the time. It is to live according to what the Bible says: “The just shall live by faith” Habakkuk 2:4; Hebrews 10:38.

We know the dictionary definition of worship (a feeling, or devotion to a deity), and we have read John 4:24, "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth"; but, what does the Bible teach us about the subject of worship? This is a series of lessons that gets to the heart of worship and what it really means for Christians.

This outline and the sermon audio file that goes with it at john10-10.org under Sermon Audios, is an overview of what the Bible teaches and Christian ministers have learned about how to be set free from the negative effects of sins our ancestors have committed--our family ancestors and others we are connected to by being part of their group. Fascinating biblical subject with potential to bless many.

The purpose of man is to fear God and keep His commandments (Ecclesiastes 12.14). What happens when we don’t fulfill our purpose? Sin is a violation of the law, but it’s also a burden of guilt and shame. Sin is something we choose to do that separates us from God. Our only hope is in God’s plan for our salvation.
The Story of Genesis in the Chinese CharactersDave Stewart
The Chinese language is much older than when Moses wrote the book of Genesis. Interestingly, some of the traditional Chinese characters may indicate a clear knowledge of the same events as revealed by God to Moses, and we can draw the conclusion that the ancestors of the Chinese knew these stories and passed them on in their written language.
A parallel is made between the responsibility of a victim when being rescued from the ocean and our responsibility when God is pulling us out of sin's grip.
This talk explains the first two petals of TULIP and focuses on the question: do I choose God or does God choose me? These distinctions form the basis of Reformed Theology.

Of all the metaphors for believers, the one most often used in the NT is “adelphos” (siblings, brothers and sisters). After Jesus’ ascension the company who gathered in the upper room consisted of both men and women, and Peter calls all of them brethren. It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
