The document summarizes the story of the Bible through three trees:
1) The Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden, whose fruit Adam and Eve ate, separating them from God.
2) The Tree of Calvary, where Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for humanity's sins and reconcile people to God.
3) The Tree of Life in paradise, which believers will have access to for eternity through faith in Jesus' atoning sacrifice on the cross.
2. The Story of the Bible I would like to suggest that the story of the bible and the simple gospel message of Jesus Christ can be summed up in 3 trees!
3. The Tree of Knowledge The Tree of Calvary The Tree of Life

6. The Tree of Knowledge Genesis 2:16-17 “ And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die .’” The command seemed simple. Did Adam and Eve keep it? All appears well until the serpent arrives on the scene: he was “more crafty than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made (3:1).”

15. “ But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.” James 1:14-15 and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.”
21. “ But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.” - Ephesians 2:13 “ In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” - Ephesians 1:7

24. Acts 17:30-31 This day could happen at any time! Will you be ready? The resurrection proves that all of the claims of Jesus and His Apostles are true, including the fact that Jesus will judge us! "Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, 31 because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead."
25. To receive forgiveness of our sins that separate us from God, we need the blood of Christ. Through His blood we are justified (Romans 5:9), redeemed, and forgiven of our sins (Ephesians 1:7) Notice how Paul portrays the Christian in the following verses: … If we died with Him we shall also live with Him 2 Timothy 2:11 Now if we died with Christ we believe we will also live with Him. Romans 6:8 … for you died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Colossians 3:3 I have been crucified with Christ… Galatians 2:20

34. “ And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. ( Revelation 21:4 )” “ And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. 4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. 5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever ( Revelation 22:3-5 ).“ Will you be able to eat of the tree of life?
