ROLES OF COOPERATING TEACHERS
- Introduce school forms
- Introduce their role as a teacher and as a facilitator
- Introduce different teaching strategies and
approaches
- Make sure lesson plans are checked before actual
demonstration
- Give feedbacks/ post conferences after each
demonstration
ROLES OF TEACHER - INTERNS
- Submit lesson ahead of time before actual instructions (at
least day before demonstration)
- Be on school before 8am and up to 4pm upon scheduled
days of the week. (DTR)
- In case that an intern can’t make it to school, he/she must
inform the CT ahead of time. (a day before)
- Use caligraphic writing in lesson plans
- Use Red and Black pen colors in lesson plan.
- Rewrite the checked lesson plan in a lesson plan book.
- Assist CT’s in school forms and sorting and organizing
modules and answer sheets

Teacher-Intern.
- Each Teacher-Intern will be having teaching
demonstration twice a week (Monday and Wednesday)
on a one-on-one basis with their Cooperating Teacher.

CT’s in school works.
- There will be shifting of Cooperating Teachers after two
weeks.

In the Non-online, we can still make use of Multiple Choice but only for the KTS and P only. Understanding Test item should be in constructed-response form. How do we design it? (Review) What practice assessments would be needed to help students do well in the summative assessments?
