Coordínate the entire academic perfomance, compliance and look after
ther welfare of students.
Maintain constant communicatios with the otehr coordinators and school
processes.
 Academic Coordinator:
Coordinate compliance with the academic process, ensure the care of
students and teachers, generate ideas that benefit the learning process
and meet the parents.
 Coordinator school life:
Meet compact cares standards of both students and teachers, also is
aware of school conflicts.

4.  Psychologists
Provides students and teachers care.
 Heads of Area
Organizes school activities for each subject.
 Teachers
Is directly related to students.

5.  General Manager
This person is charge of all administative processes of
the college.
Chief financial:
This person is responsable for receiving all payments
made parents and have a day of portfolio.
Accountant:
This person is responsible for the accounting system and
provides financial reports, is also responsible for
paying the taxes.

6.  Human talent coordinator:
She is responsible through the process of hiring, payroll
payments, settlements and payments law.
 Transportations coordinator:
He is responsible for the coordination of routes picking up
children and also monitors that comply with the
regulations buses to transport children.

7.  Operational Manager:
She coordinates the processes of food, buying food from
the storage, maintenance also monitors all areas of the
school.
 Chef:
The chef creates menus that students and all staff will
receive every day, also cares for food handling
processes.
 Operational supervisor:
She attends the restaurant for students and welcomes
suppliers, also waking and helps the kitchen staff and
general services to fulfill all your tasks.

8.  Maintenance manager:
This person care of the gardens and all areas of the
school.
 Kitchen staff and general services
Them with the charge of preparing food and cleaning of
the whole school.
