Open collection management software is presented. It is a web-based, open source collections management and presentation software for museums and archives. It allows for digital asset management of various media formats, supports authority lists and controlled vocabularies, and is configurable for metadata standards. The software can run on Linux, Mac, and Windows servers and provides a framework for web and kiosk applications including media viewers.
