• Please leave promptly after picking up your child
as courtesy to other parents who are waiting to
use the parking lot.

• I will fill out a daily form (when needed) reporting your
child’s progress or specific needs: If he/she worked in
class, attitude shown during work periods and towards
classmates, classroom behavior, etc.
• It will be sent home every day and it needs to be signed
and returned daily.
Weekly Folder
This folder will contain your child’s class work and any
important information from school.
Please send this folder with your child the following
Monday (Keep all other papers at home).

The class website will be updated every week.
Parents will be able to visit the site to see new
information about subjects, themes, events that will
take place during the week and the monthly activities
calendar.

11. Uniforms
Complete uniform is required at all times
from Monday to Thursday. Friday they may
dress down according to school policy.
Children should always have clean and
trimmed nails.
Girls should avoid wearing nail polish.
Tennis shoes should be completely white.
12. LUNCH
Please make sure children eat breakfast
before leaving home. Please send healthy
food since your child´s cognitive
performance is directly linked to good
nutrition.
13. Birthdays and special
celebrations
*Please contact the main office in advance when you
wish to celebrate your child's birthday at school.
*Please mention if you are considering both groups or
just your child's for the celebration
*Your child's birthday will be celebrated on the last
Thursday of the month during lunch at 10:00 am.
*Cakes, cupcakes and drinks are accepted for your
child's celebration. Party favors, etc. are not admitted.
*Avoid sharing with students or relatives from other
classes.
Parents may only be present for 10 minutes to take
pictures. Siblings may not attend.
14. • Monday: Your child will be asked to bring in
a poster. It should include: this is me, my
family, my friends (please do not include my
best friend) my pet or my favorite animal,
my favorite food, my favorite toy.
• Tuesday: Bring your favorite CD/Music
• Wednesday: Bring your favorite book
• Thursday: Bring your favorite toy
• Friday: Bring your favorite snack
