Steps to reduce stress in Math
   Ask for help early.
   Practice more and get into study group.
   Be familiar with past year questions. 5 Year Series
   Talk to your teacher….Ms Arnita ! :)
   Never give up.
   Sacrifice.
   Keep on trying and trying until you achieve success.
   Pray.
   Relax and chill. We are human too.

It is NORMAL to feel stressed during important
moments.

For example during exams, meeting someone new,
going to new places eg polytechnic, university, ITE,
going for tournaments.

 He did not give up.
 He practiced more. In fact other players practiced for
    20 mins but he practiced for 4 hours.
   He has family and friends to support him.

   When he lost, he keeps on trying and trying.
   He believes in himself.
   He wants to improve.
