The product : Know Your Police Station
   The product is a SaaS platform – The "Know Your Police Station" app we designed for
    Delhi Police is an instance of this.
   Aligned on Hosting and Joint Go-to Market with Microsoft India
   Value for the Police:
       Increased visibility of its operations, jurisdiction, local crime data at the colony level etc.
       Allow Citizens to become partners in Policing and providing feedback on situations
       Optimize its operations based on the Public Perception and feedback
       Cost contained to Cents Per Citizen Per Year with huge impact on Perception
   Value for Citizens:
       Solves key practical problems – which PS should I go to ? How can I get there ? What is the
        Crime in my colony ? How can I escalate ?
       I see a potential Crime situation – how do I provide feedback quickly and effectively ?
   Features:
       Map showing police station jurisdictions
       Location search utilizing Bing and Google Map Search and location results mapped to
        corresponding stations
       Ability for user to give location-tagged feedback for a station
       User feedback routed to individual police stations by email and SMS.
       User feedback also scraped from a specific twitter hashtag when tweeted using geo-capable
        twitter clients
       Associated mobile application can send feedback along with an attached photo.
The model : The SaaS model
   A new instance can be spawned for a new Police
    District in a matter of minutes or hours
   Rich Customization
       Customization of Crime Categories/Taxanomy, Titles,
        Creative Themes, GIS Data
       Ability to upload data for the stations in prescribed file
        formats (CSV and KML)
   Extremely fast deployment after data upload (in
    hours)
   Also generates the mobile app to be associated with

The product : Know Your Police Station  The product is a SaaS platform – The "Know Your Police Station" app we designed for Delhi Police is an instance of this.  Aligned on Hosting and Joint Go-to Market with Microsoft India  Value for the Police:  Increased visibility of its operations, jurisdiction, local crime data at the colony level etc.  Allow Citizens to become partners in Policing and providing feedback on situations  Optimize its operations based on the Public Perception and feedback  Cost contained to Cents Per Citizen Per Year with huge impact on Perception  Value for Citizens:  Solves key practical problems – which PS should I go to ? How can I get there ? What is the Crime in my colony ? How can I escalate ?  I see a potential Crime situation – how do I provide feedback quickly and effectively ?  Features:  Map showing police station jurisdictions  Location search utilizing Bing and Google Map Search and location results mapped to corresponding stations  Ability for user to give location-tagged feedback for a station  User feedback routed to individual police stations by email and SMS.  User feedback also scraped from a specific twitter hashtag when tweeted using geo-capable twitter clients  Associated mobile application can send feedback along with an attached photo.
