• Online forms allow anyone to create them i.e.
you do not have to know how to write
computer code to make them because they
have been preprogrammed .
• Online form platforms offer beautiful designs
to improve the aesthetic appearance of forms.
• Themes and templates may be customized to
allow incorporation of personal or business
designs, brands, logos etc.

• Online forms are very easy to create and
distribute.
• Distribution to target audiences may be done via
online form URL’s or links.
• These online form links may be emailed, posted
on websites, blogs or other platforms for
participants to access.
• As long as participants have internet, they may
access, complete and submit forms online
anywhere, anytime.

4. Collaboration
• With online forms, an author may give editing
rights to other users.
• This function allows multiple users to
contribute ideas and work on the same form
simultaneously.
• Online collaboration in this way can improve
time management and productivity.
• When authors update original forms, changes
are saved automatically.
