This document outlines a master’s project aimed at developing an online e-voting prototype system that utilizes the Paillier threshold cryptosystem and web services to improve existing voting processes. The project highlights the convenience and potential increased voter turnout of online voting while addressing significant security concerns associated with e-voting systems.
