This document provides instructions for performing a basic search of an online library catalog. It outlines 9 steps: 1) selecting the catalog from the library webpage, 2) choosing the general keyword search option, 3) inputting a search term, 4) retrieving search results, 5) reviewing titles, 6) identifying the location of materials, 7) using a collections directory to locate materials physically, 8) accessing ebooks and other online resources, and 9) checking out library resources. The goal is to demonstrate how to efficiently search the catalog and navigate to find relevant materials.
