  • 1.                                                            Green  Light  Energy  Solutions  Corp.           To  learn  more,  visit  www.glescorp.com  |  info@glescorp.com  |  +1.415.834.9434     220  Lombard  St.  Ste  823     San  Francisco,  CA,  94111     What  is  Waste  Conversion  Pyrolysis?   WCP   is   our   patented   thermal   waste   treatment   and   Waste-­‐to-­‐Energy   (WtE)   conversion   technology   and   equipment.   Our   field-­‐tested   305   MSW   tons/day   (~100  000  tons/yr)  industrial-­‐scale  system:     • Emits  fume  gas  free  of  toxins  (over  100  times  less  dioxins  and  furans  than   USA  EPA  2010  norms  for  incineration  facilities)  and  outperforms  competing   thermal  WtE  technologies  (certified  by  SGS  S.A.  in  2012);   • Yields   no   solid   waste   to   go   to   landfills   (0-­‐10%   of   non-­‐hazardous   char   depending  on  MSW  composition  and  char  utilization;  incineration  leaves  up   to  40%  of  hazardous  residue);  WCP  yields  no  liquid  tars;   • Can   power   a   backing   steam   turbine   to   generate   5.5-­‐7   MWŸh   of   for-­‐sale   electricity  per  system;             • Unique   design   features   (US   Patent   8328993   B2,   EU   03818071.4,   Russian   Federation   Patent   2380615)   and   specially   developed   processing   chamber   alloy   allow   non-­‐stop   operation   with   only   one   day   month   visual   check-­‐ up/maintenance  service  stop.     Market  Opportunity   With   the   world   facing   dramatic   population   growth,   rapid   urbanization,   rising   levels   of   affluence,   and   resource   scarcity,   WtE   is   reestablishing   itself   as   an   attractive  technology  option  to  promote  low  carbon  growth. Processing  of  1%  of  MSW  generated  in  the  USA  can  be  accomplished  with  23   WCP  systems.   Current  Position   GLES   Corp.   is   a   San   Francisco,   California   based   equipment   engineering   and   manufacturing   company.   GLES   Corp.   has   developed   and   field-­‐tested   a   pioneering   industrial-­‐scale   high-­‐temperature   pyrolysis   waste   treatment   and   Waste-­‐to-­‐Energy   (WtE)   conversion   technology   and   equipment.   Competitive   advantages   of   GLES   Corp.’s   solution   are   rooted   in   equipment’s   operational   efficiency,  low  running  costs  and  providing  true  environmental  safety.     GLES   Corp.   primary   focus   is   on   commercialization   of   Waste   Conversion   Pyrolysis   technology   and   manufacture   of   equipment   in   the   USA   for   future   expansion  to  world  markets.   Company  currently  invites  Partners  to  join  GLES  Corp.  in  this  goal.  To  establish   a   long   lasting   successful   Partnership,   GLES   Corp.   expects   the   Partner   to   co-­‐ invest   in   equal   share   into   the   Joint   Venture   business   to   maintain   balance   of   interests  and  efforts  in  this  partnership.   GLES   Corp.   strategy   excludes   participation   in   waste   management   facility   operation  business.  Therefore,  GLES  Corp.  will  participate  in  projects  during  the   technology  demonstration.  At  this  point,  the  facility  should  either  be  purchased   from   the   Partners   by   a   Strategic   Investor   (e.g.,   a   waste   management/energy   generation   company),   or   the   Partner   purchases   GLES   Corp.’s   share   in   the   project  should  the  Partner  decide  to  stay  as  a  facility  owner.     Quick  Facts     Worldwide   municipal   solid   waste  (MSW)  generation  is  2   bln   tons/yr   (2011)   and   will   rise   to   2.9   bln   tons/yr   by   2022*.     About   ¾   of   MSW   discarded   worldwide   ends   up   in   landfills   or   dumps;   just   11%   (205  mln  tons/yr)  are  used  to   generate   electricity   by   combustion,   yielding   32   GW/yr*.     In  the  USA,  we  generated  250   mln   tons   of   MSW   in   2011;   ~27%   was   recycled,   ~56%   sent   to   landfills   and   ~12%   incinerated   with   energy   recovery*.       MSW   has   a   typical   moisture   content   of   60%   and   contains   15-­‐20%   of   recyclable   and   thermally   non-­‐degradable   materials   (metals,   glass,   concrete,   etc.).   Before   waste   is   fed   into   a   WCP   reactor,   a   commercial   waste   preparation   line   should   remove   those   materials   and   reduce   moisture   content   to   20%.     Since  WCP  technology  allows   reduction   of   emission   of   greenhouse   gases   by   both   preventing   landfill/dump   emissions   and   generating   electricity   from   renewable   resources,   trading   Carbon   Credits   provides   an   additional  source  of  revenue.     *Sources:   US   Environmental   Protection  Agency  publication     Partnership  Proposal   Commercialization  of  a  Proprietary  Waste  Conversion  Pyrolysis  (WCP)  Technology  
  • 2.         GLES  Action  Plan   • Joint  Venture  (JV)  formation  with  50/50  split  of  investments  to  construct   a  technology  demonstration  &  full-­‐cycle  pilot  facility.  Partner  may  choose   to  direct  part  of  investments  through  GLES  Corp.’s  stocks.   • Local  partner  (Operator)  is  responsible  for  the  facility  site  provision,  MSW   logistics  and  electricity  sales.   • 4-­‐6  months  goal:  launch  of  a  one-­‐reactor  WCP  demo  facility  in  the  USA.   • 12-­‐15  months  goal:  full-­‐cycle  commercial  WtE  pilot  facility  on  the  basis  of   the  demo  facility.   • Long-­‐term  goal:  engineering/sales  of  both  modular  and  customer–specific   full-­‐cycle  WCP  WtE  facilities.   Partnership  Opportunities   • Buy   GLES   Corp.’s   share   and   earn   profits   from   GLES   Corp.   dividends   distribution  and  share  cost  rise.   • Enter  GLES  Corp.’s  projects  in  the  USA  as  a  financial  partner,  developer   and  general  contractor.  We  currently  develop  projects  in  Massachusetts,   Vermont,  Illinois  and  Georgia.   • Enter  into  JV  with  GLES  Corp.  to  commercialize  and  distribute  technology   in  the  USA  on  exclusive  rights  basis.  JV  proposal  includes  WCP  equipment   manufacturing   and   distribution,   turn-­‐key   facilities   engineering   and   construction,  maintenance  &  service  contracts.   Exit  Strategy   • Buy  GLES  Corp.’s  share  in  the  commercial  pilot  facility  and  remain  its  sole   developer/operator.   • Sell  of  pilot  facility  to  a  strategic  customer/operator.     • Sell  of  GLES  Corp.  stocks  through  or  after  GLES  Corp.  IPO  procedure.     “Municipal  Solid  Waste  in  the  United   States:  2011  Facts  and  Figures”  &     PikeResearch,  LLC  report  “Waste-­‐to-­‐ Energy  Technology  Markets“  (2012).
