A study examined sleep patterns and problems among 145 university students (81 female, 64 male). The following key results were found:
- Most female participants were between 18-21 years old (69%) while most male participants were between 18-22 years old.
- More male participants experienced nightmares everyday or once a week compared to female participants, though more male participants also reported never experiencing nightmares.
