- The upcoming appointment presents a schedule conflict and must be rescheduled.
- Ensure you or a person at least 18 years of age is able to provide access for the technician to complete installation
- If the Cox installation ends and you are unable to successfully connect to the Internet, please contact us immediately by
calling 1-888-334-7279, 7:30am - 7:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, so we can reschedule the installation.
CRITICAL FACT(S):
Wireless Router connectivity is not approved or supported by Company or Officescape.
DO NOT ALLOW A TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL ANY ISP SOFTWARE ON YOUR ABBOTT ISSUED PC OR YOUR HOME/PERSONAL
PC. INSTALLING ANY SOFTWARE ON ANY PC WILL DISABLE OFFICESCAPE'S ABILITY TO COMPLETELY FULFILL YOUR Company
VPN ORDER.
A TECHNICIAN MAY INCORRECTLY SUGGEST SOFTWARE INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. IF A TECHNICIAN INSISTS ON
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION OR ACCESS TO YOUR PC, CONTACT OFFICESCAPE WHILE THE TECHNICIAN IS ON SITE SO WE MAY
PROVIDE NECESSARY DIRECTION.
Once you have physically connected the DSL equipment according to the instructions, you should be able to turn on all
equipment and connect to the Internet as well as the CompanyVPN.
- If you CAN connect to the Internet yet are UNABLE to connect to the Company VPN, contact the same Company Technical
Support Group you would contact for computer difficulties when you are at the office.
- If you are UNABLE to connect to the Internet AT ALL, contact the Officescape Technical Support at 1-888-XXX-XXXX,
between the hours of 7:30am - 7:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

  1. Primary point(s): Thank audience for opportunity Have a welcome and awareness screen ready for the arrival of guests to the web conference. Upon start, thank those that invited you. Intros “Obviously your company is leading the trend for taking advantage of all the benefits of having a work from home program, including: #1, lower operational costs, such as real estate and utility overhead Increased retention of your super stars and reduced turnover, building a more talented organization Supporting a strong COOP strategy Improved Productivity. Today we’re focusing on the aspects for managing the data or broadband connectivity for your remote users. Broadband is the essential element that makes this work, yet making it work introduces complexities that many organizations don’t want and shouldn’t have to bear. Especially when there are experts like Officescape that can manage it effectively from day 1, and that’s what I’ll be introducing through this presentation. Feel free to interject or ask questions at any time. I’ll likely cover many of the points of interest and may defer your topic or question for that part of the presentation. Our processes are broken down into over 80 different types of tough points that may be necessary for the most common provisioning and support scenarios, all of which are tied to minute by minute measurement and time based drivers that build the sense of urgency into our processes that take your broadband management platform a step beyond what you’ll achieve through direct carrier solutions.

We consistently find that the challenge for managers, executive decision makers, IT, and human resource departments is the lack for a centralized resource for the data that’s important for business development and support, such as the simple question, “who’s working from home right now”? We gladly become your defacto management and tracking solution. We also recognize that our solution is offered to your internal customers as a product that you support, and thus are held responsible for the outcomes from this service. Nothing is more painful that a lack a data and answers to those customers internally and we ensure you always have those answers available, in real time. For example, manager B asks manager A when employee A should take his computer home, and manager A can quickly check the portal to confirm the broadband installation date for that user. Simple, yet without it, reduced efficiency.

Over the years, we’ve revised a consolidated report that represents all of the key factors that our client project leaders have needed for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews. We suggest the PM tell everyone they’ll need a week of no interruptions to capture all of this information, and use the week to work on a nice to have cost cutting project for introduction later. Then simply log in, request the reporting period, submit, print and wow everyone with the easy to understand yet informative report. (point out some of the key data points)
  11. Granular reporting is just as important. We gather vital user account information for each member, and throw in the kitchen sink with respect to status and other aspects like installation date, last communication type and date, carrier, speeds, and more.

We develop an order portal to your specifications, educating the user on the aspects important to us and them, while able to convey additional corporate information you wish to share. The authorization process to participate in the program must be clearly defined with you, and we can suggest a few options that we know to work.
  13. Some might say we over-communicate. A simple provisioning may include up to 7 communications with the end user. We’ve optimized these communications over the years based on gap analysis relative to any events that led to failure to reach the intended result. We copy these communications as necessary to your corporate teams, and specifically down to admins and managers as needed based on your protocols.
  14. Officescape offers 24 hours technical support as tier 1 or tier 2 in coordination with your internal help desk protocols. We own the connectivity and the physical layer as far as necessary, including network hardware support, and up to specific authorized support on your customers’ computing. However, the physical office is still a primary component in your complete COOP strategy. Let me introduce a few of the elements we offer to compliment your in home and in office solutions: Read through.
  19. Replace and improve on your in office communications. All of these services are accessible through the officescape portal, reducing the need for multiple service passwords. Our services are all transferrable within the corporation, so when one employee leaves, another can pick up on that service account. In fact, we provide you with the tools to manage that easily yourself.
  20. It’s likely that at least a portion of your users will be required to have an additional appliance in place for managing security and their VPN access. Officescape can manage your network CPE for you, from auto provisioning and delivery based on the broadband deployment and transfer into the home, configured based on your requirements, and supported by Officescape.
