This document summarizes an AST1000 Regional Relations in Asia and the Pacific course offered by the University of Southern Queensland. The course is fully accredited, offered twice over 20 weeks for first year undergraduate students, and is a prototype for the OERu. It had small student numbers but they were engaged and high achievers who interacted well with course objectives and assessment. Students preferred using Moodle over the course Wiki.
